Courtney is currently enrolled at the University of North Carolina Charlotte, Learning, Design & Technology, Educational Leadership program with a concentration in On-line Teaching.

The program includes instructional design theories, foundations in instructional design tools, current trends, and networking opportunities to learn from the best and the brightest in the ID industry. 

Courtney has a 15+ Career in Adult education, and her goal is to create engaging and accessible training programs.
